What's the real difference between the plans?
Every plan runs the complete platform — point of sale, payments, reconciliation, staff management. Nothing core is held back. Boutique and Base cover it at different staff capacities; Growth adds Guest Companion and more AI capacity; larger operations move to Enterprise.
Is the AI Operational Assistant metered?
No per-question billing. The AI Operational Assistant is included on every plan. We monitor usage quietly in the background to protect service reliability and understand capacity. If your usage is unusually high for the size and nature of your operation, we'll reach out before anything changes — there are no surprise AI overage charges.
Do I have to watch an AI usage limit?
No. Innbase isn't designed around a meter you have to manage. Normal AI use for your hotel's operations is included in your plan. We monitor capacity internally and will contact you if your usage is substantially outside what we'd reasonably expect for a property of your size.
Can Innbase charge me more if my usage increases?
Not automatically. If your hotel grows or your usage consistently requires more capacity, we'll contact you and explain why a different plan may make sense. We don't turn unexpected usage into a surprise overage invoice.
What happens when my hotel outgrows its plan?
We watch real usage, not just staff count. If you've clearly outgrown your plan, we'll help you move up — you're never blocked mid-shift. Moving between plans takes effect on your next billing cycle.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted around your operation — properties, staff, and setup. We'll give you a flat monthly fee on a call, once we understand what you run. Larger operations rarely fit one line item.
Is there a free trial or a card required to start?
Yes, your business is entitled to a 1-month free trial period, no card required to start. We set up your workspace together — opening balances, stock counts, bank statements — and most properties are running the same evening. Cancel any month; your data leaves with you.
