How long does setup actually take?
One afternoon for most properties. We import your opening balances and stock counts with you, connect your bank statements and POS exports, and your first shift runs on Innbase the same evening. No consultants, no six-week rollout.
Will my staff need training?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Innbase. Each role sees only its own screen — the bartender logs sales, the front desk sees one guest profile, the manager confirms matches. Most teams are comfortable by the second shift.
Which banks and POS providers does it work with?
Statement imports work with every Nigerian bank our pilots use today — including GTBank, UBA, Access, and Zenith — alongside Moniepoint and Opay POS records. If your provider isn't on the list, we add it during your onboarding.
What happens when a match is wrong?
Nothing is final until a person confirms it. Innbase proposes matches with a confidence score and its reasons; you accept, correct, or reject each one. Every correction teaches the matcher — and every accepted match keeps a record of who confirmed it and when.
Is our data safe? Who can see it?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based — the bar never sees payroll, the front desk never sees bank balances. Your records belong to you: export everything at any time, including if you leave.
